Uper Energy and Boyang Xinneng have signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement for a 300MW distributed photovoltaic project

On September 28 ^th , Uper Energy has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Shanghai Boyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Henry Luo, general manager of Uper Energy, and Zhang Hongquan, chairman of Boyang Xinneng, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies. At the same time , Henry Luo awarded Boyang Xinneng MyUPER™ membership and presented the eRM™ project construction management platform on the spot.

As an asset investor and owner of the distributed power plant assets, Boyang Xinneng is expected to hold 300MW of distributed PV project assets within three years. As for each agreement, Uper Energy, will provide Boyang Xinneng with comprehensive technical services as a professional technical service provider. This shall achieve continuous improvement and optimization of cost, management, service and user satisfaction in their respective fields. During the cooperation, Uper Energy will fully utilize its own resources, as well as the technical advantages in power station monitoring, operation and maintenance, inspection and testing to cooperate with Boyang Xinneng for developing high-quality distributed photovoltaic power plants.
