of the operation of power stations and supports smart alarm systems.
Uper Energy provides our partners with the hardware and software required to remotely monitor the operation of power stations.
With UniCare ® , Uper Energy distributes troubleshooting requests from power stations to our partners who, upon receipt of the order, address the technical problems for our customers. Our partners will be paid after a team of inspectors dispatched by both parties upon review and confirmation for the faults corrected.
Under the UniCare ® program, the company provides our partners with integrated remote inventory management services, including the management of SKUs and status of tools and spare parts in stock as well as the security of the inventory. Our partners are responsible for monitoring and updating the inventory of tools and spare parts as needed.
Uper Energy also provides our partners with overall, daily, monthly and annual report in terms of the operation of power stations.
Our partners use UniCare ® provided by Uper Energy to manage the storage and archiving of all files and materials related to designs, equipment, construction and operations.
In addition, Uper Energy provides our partners with necessary training on how to useUniCare ® for the sake of bettter proficiency and efficiency.
